Washington?

So Aaron and I just finished the semester and the internship and now we are in Puyallup, Washington, about 30 min. south of Seattle. We are here to make money, money, money. lol. Aaron is working for Pinnacle, selling alarm systems. It is a pretty tough job for the both of us, Aaron works all day and im without him all day. ahh! i was completely fine for the first couple days but then it hit me. Im really missing him, i guess we are just not used to being apart for so long. lol. But this will be good for us, we will make some money and we have definitely appreciated the time we do get with one another but it never seems enough, of course! Aaron has been doing well. He has sold everyday and even got two last saturday, he would like to pick it up a bit but i think he is doing great especially for his first week. He has been working so hard and im so proud of him! I have been working on a countdown for him to get him motivated and to see where he is at each day. we also thought of some great incentives to push him for those sales. Here is what i came up with.

Each star is numbered from 1 to about 60-70, which is our goal and between about every five or ten sales there is a picture of the incentive so he knows what is coming up. some of the incentives are a microwave, a golf bag, disney movies, tennis racket, games, etc. Aaron also gets some small cute incentives on the back of each star. So i think he is well taken care when he gets a sale! lol

So the trip was long and very hot but once we got to about an hour away, everything changed. It was beautfiul, the weather cooled down to about 75 degrees. Trees started showing up everywhere! and we just kept seeing lakes and trees and mountains, it was great! Our apartment is very nice and they have an exercise room, swimming indoor and out, a theatre room, basketball court, tanning. so at least i have some stuff to do, but sometimes i feel like i need to break free from the apartment complex and see the world. lol. We had a hard time at first with getting around because the freeways are so different. You merge onto the freeway from the left instead of the right and theres all these turns and twists. I at least know how to get to the main exit and back where they have everything from walmart to the mall. It is a nice place and we are definitely getting used to it and i think it will be a good experience.
